How do I know how many points I have?

You will see your points balance right below the "Orders history" link on the right menu.

Do I need an account to earn and spend points?

Yes, we need for you to have an account to be able to track how many points you have. You also need to log into your account to be able to spend points.

How do I use my points?

Log into your account

Add items to your cart

At checkout, select "Pay with Points" payment method.

Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order

Click "Submit Order"

If you don't have enough points to pay for the entire order, the cart will prompt you for another payment method.

My points disappeared?

If you try to place an order and it ends up "Not Finished" your points will be held with that order. Usually we fix these up and points are returned each day but if you need your points back right away to apply to another order, please contact us.

Note: Some products cannot be paid with points and some products do not allow you to collect points when you purchase them. View each products details to see how many points can be collected.
