YOU MAY:
Use these products in your small business such as scrapbooking and/or design business, scrap for hire, photography, cardmaking, web design or other small business venture to the extent listed below:
-You may use products incorporated into your designs to create scrapkits but the graphics as is may not be resold as a stand-alone product.
-Make freebies but not more than 30% of the freebie
-You may use products incorporated into your designs to create scrapkits but the graphics as is may not be resold as a stand-alone product.
-You may make brushes, rub-ons, or include in a kit ONLY IF ALTERED and not in original form
-You may create Alphas with this commercial product but graphic must be altered in some form
-You may create custom greeting cards, candy wrappers, layouts, scrap for hire layouts, invitations and other printed/digital materials for your customers provided that they are finished pieces or flattened artwork that has been derived from the original graphics. This means that you may sell items that are printed or digitally made from these graphics but you may not sell a download or cd of any kind of the graphic in its original form.
-You may use samples created with Just Jaimee products in your galleries and portfolios.
-You may use the graphics in your web design projects All website design must be for family friendly websites only. No indecent websites will be tolerated. Use of graphics requires credit given on the website [graphics by |Just Jaimee|].
-You may use graphics to create eBay templates - All Ebay Templates require credit [graphics by |Just Jaimee|] with a link directing back to me.
-No credit is required for scrapbook design usage. I do however appreciate greatly if you do
YOU MAY NOT:
-Claim these graphics as your own either in their original state, or in an altered state.
-Offer downloads of the kits/graphics in any way shape or form. Distribute these graphics in any format except for the uses defined above.
-Unless prior special licensing arrangements have been approved, you may not use to create for sale commercial use products with this product. I do offer special CU4CU usage license option per
product in my store.
-Print or have printed any of the original graphics, papers or kit pieces to sell in stores on websites or on ebay. You cannot buy a kit and print pieces or papers from it and sell them.
-Share these files with friends, family, etc. Please feel free to direct them to the store where you purchased your product.
-Sell these graphics through any means other than their purchased format.
STEALING COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL IS A CRIME.

In buying my kit, elements, papers, etc., you agree to use all products for PERSONAL USE unless a COMMERCIAL USE License is purchased.
-alter these graphics and use them in your personal scrapbooking and card making.
- submit layouts or cards that you have made with these graphics to any scrapbook or cardmaking magazine for publication as long as proper credit is given to me. This includes any images you may have altered.

-SHARE, LOAN OR REDISTRIBUTE ANY AND ALL PARTS OF THIS KIT. This kit is for Personal, Non-Commercial use only. You may not use any components of this kit for the purpose of web design or web templates, albums, cards or any type of art that will be used for selling or generating income from this kit and itÕs components - unless commercial license is purchased.
- claim these graphics as your own and you may not alter these graphics and call them your own.
- use any of the graphics in the making of brushes, tubes or patterns and redistribute them in any way.
- offer any of my graphics on any web page for download or send them through an internet list or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.
- add these graphics to any CD for sale.
