How Do I Get Started?

Q: Can I do whatever I want with the Commercial Use items I purchase from SugarHillco?

    A: NO, you definitely cannot, please read our individual Terms of Use BEFORE purchasing. Refunds will not be given if you fail to do so and end up not being able to use our products in your desired project.

Q: How long will my downloads be available?

    A: All download links will automatically expire 10 years after completed purchase. You must download your purchase within this time frame. After 10 years, orders may be reset upon request (see below for info).

You are responsible for backing up your files and we strongly encourage this! Please be sure to download, unzip and check your purchases to be sure they have transferred to your computer successfully.

Retired/Retiring and Guest designers products will only be available for 10 days after their shops are closed.

Q: Will you reset downloads after they expire?

    A: Yes, we sure will! Just send us an email with your order number(s). Please note: If the designer or product is no longer in our shop, we will not be able to reset. Additionally, a fee of $20 will be charged for resets of 20 orders or more as this can be rather time consuming. 1-19 order resets are free.

Q: What are Reward Points and how do I use them?

    A: You can find all the details right here!

Q: How do I use a Coupon?

    A: To use a coupon, login or register first, then add items to your cart and click the "View Cart" link from the right side menu. On the bottom of that page you will see a box called 'SHCO Discount Coupon' - enter and submit your code there.

Q: Why doesn't my Coupon work?

    A: A coupon may not work for a few reasons. Usually because it may be expired or may not apply to a certain sale. Please email us if your code is not valid but should be.

Q: How do I use a Gift Certificate?

    A: To use a Gift Certificate, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout and choose "Gift Certificate" as the payment method. After you click "Continue" there will be a box to enter the code.

Q: Will you refund my purchase?

    A: Since our products are digital downloads, we only offer refunds for duplicate purchases and for orders which don't have any download attempts in our records.

Q: I purchased a product that is not compatible with any of my software, what happens now?

    A: Since our product listings state the file types included, we will not offer any refunds if you purchase something you cannot use. Please be sure to clearly read the descriptions before you purchase. Should you have any questions you can always email us and ask beforehand. We will do our best to help get you a file type that can work for you.

Q: What time zone do your sales and specials run on?

    A: All of our sales and specials run on Eastern Time.

Q: Can I be considered to sell my commercial use designs at SugarHillco?

    A: We usually (but not always) hold a designer call once a year around June/July.
